Tracking shipments

The shipping company will automatically provide you with a tracking link to your email the day it receives the package from us.

Sending orders

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving payment and depending on the availability of ordered products.

Shipping Address

During the ordering process, you may choose shipping address which differs from your billing address.

Payment by bank transfer

Payments for orders can be made by standard SEPA payment. All information required for processing the SEPA payment will be provided to you via email after you place your order.

Payment by credit card

If card payment is possible, you will be offered a direct online payment link after placing your order. For case of any error, you will also recieve payment link to your e-mail with information on other payment options.

Wholesale order shipping

Shipping of wholesale and oversized orders is calculated and handled individually.

Price list

Shipping prices may vary by weight and destination. The exact price will be automatically calculated during the ordering process. You can check the prices for most common orders and destinations in the form below.
